Styrodur, otherwise known as extruded polystyrene (XPS), is an insulating material that is made from foamed polystyrene. Unlike ordinary Styrofoam, it is a material with a homogeneous, smooth structure. The manufactured panels consist of small closed cells, and the lack of weakness between them, increases mechanical strength and improves thermal insulation parameters. These factors make XPS much tougher and less susceptible to soaking than traditional Styrofoam.
Thanks to precision cutting, the product is characterized by high dimensional accuracy giving the ability to fit in various technical applications. This material is created for door panels, isothermal buildings.
